Meet Rob Hohler
I have spent years helping people throughout Northwest Ohio buy and sell homes with confidence. My approach is simple: listen carefully, communicate clearly, protect my clients’ interests and never lose sight of the people behind the transaction.
Before entering real estate, I earned both a bachelor’s degree in business and an MBA from Bowling Green State University. I also worked as business manager for two different parishes; St. Thomas the Apostle in Ann Arbor and Saint Rose in Perrysburg.
After building a successful real estate career, I acquired my broker’s license and founded Holy Family Realty in 2026. As Broker/Owner, I now have an independent brokerage designed around some of the values that have always mattered most to me: honesty, responsibility, generosity, and excellent service.

A name with purpose.
The name Holy Family Realty reflects the kind of business Rob I want to build. Inspired by my Catholic faith and the example of the Holy Family, the brokerage is grounded in service, humility, hard work, generosity and respect for every person.
That does not mean every client has to share the same faith. It means every client should expect to be treated with dignity, honesty and care. Whether someone is buying a first home, moving a growing family, downsizing after many years or preparing a property for sale, Rob’s goal is to provide clear guidance without pressure and to put the client’s best interests first.

Holy Family Realty serves buyers and sellers throughout Northwest Ohio, with particular experience in communities across Lucas and Wood counties and the Anthony Wayne area.
I work with first-time buyers, move-up buyers, families relocating within Northwest Ohio, homeowners preparing to sell and clients who simply want a knowledgeable local professional in their corner. From pricing and preparation to negotiation and closing, I am involved throughout the process and remain available when questions come up.
